Data Ownership
Your data is always your data. It will never be sold or shared - period. You may delete or export your data at anytime.
User Licenses
Each account is given 10 user accounts/licenses. Additional licenses may be purchased for an additional $5 each per month, with a maximum monthly cost of $200. For example, five additional user accounts are $125/mo, seven additional user accounts = $135/mo, forty user accounts = $200/mo, forty-one, or more user accounts = $200/mo.
Workflow/Process Ownership
While we retain ownership rights to email, website, and workflow copy that Real Estate Easier LLC created, we will never copy or share any of your personalized copy without your written permission.
System Updates
We reserve the right to update the system and make improvements to enhance your experience. Since you can cancel at any time, we are committed to remaining online with the best response time possible.
Cancellation Policy
We (really) never want you to cancel, so we'll do our best to provide updates to help save you time and money. However, no one likes to be stuck in a contract, so you may cancel at any time. With that said, our system is highly flexible and capable of doing almost anything, so please let us know if there is a feature you'd like to see. If possible, we will add it to our features roadmap for implementation as quickly as possible.
